By accessing bes808 — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform — you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bes808. If any clause of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bes808. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without refund of funds beyond the original deposit amount.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bes808 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify bes808 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bes808 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
bes808 is required to verify the identity of all Members in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit the following at any stage of account activity:
Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by bes808 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension pending verification.
bes808 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000 unless a higher limit has been specifically authorised for a Member's VIP tier. bes808 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit ("source of funds" rule). The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. bes808 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during WIB business hours; processing times may extend for accounts with pending verification, pending bonus wagering, or transactions flagged for AML review.
All transactions on bes808 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bes808 does not charge platform-side conversion fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which bes808 accepts no liability.
All bonuses and promotional offers on bes808 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period and are forfeited.
The welcome deposit bonus is available to new Members on their first verified deposit only. Members must not have previously held an account on bes808. One welcome bonus per household, device fingerprint, and IP address.
All games on bes808 — including sportsbook markets, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, bes808's technical logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes.
All odds are quoted at the time of bet placement. bes808 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started if real-time data confirms the bet was placed after the relevant moment in the event. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to settle as "won" for the accumulator to pay; a single lost or voided leg collapses the accumulator in accordance with the rules displayed in the sportsbook interface.
bes808 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a demonstrable technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, game freezes, or server interruptions. Affected Members will be notified and original stakes returned to their account Balance within a reasonable timeframe.

No content from bes808 may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from bes808.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bes808 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
bes808's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member during the calendar month in which the claim arose, up to a maximum of Rp 10.000.000.
bes808 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
bes808 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on bes808, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bes808 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit TLS encryption, access controls, and routine security audits — to protect Member data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
bes808 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bes808 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via in-platform notification or email to the registered address on the account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bes808 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits bes808's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in matters involving intellectual property infringement, fraud, or breach of confidentiality obligations.
